I love great service but even more than that kind people. Great customer care. The ladies were professional very fast and accommodating. The salon is so chic They got my daughter in on the day of. She was out in 3 hours. We will definitely be back.

I went here last minute and was able to get my hair done same day, everyone was super nice and they did an AMAZING JOB. Had a customer not wanting to pay for her service and they handled it professionally despite what was going on, I will be back they did an amazing job 10/10!!!

I was in desperate need of a new hair style since I had to travel on the next day. I called the salon to check for availability and was told to come on over. I got there at 11am and was out the door before 3pm. The salon was neat and clean and, the staff was friendly. Thanks so much Florence for a job well done.

Had such a great experience! I think I finally found my new go-to braiding spot. I’ve been getting so many compliments on my hair, and one of my favorite things is that my braids don’t feel tight around my edges at all. The stylists did an amazing job, and I left feeling comfortable and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fairly priced, did have to wait to start 30mins after my scheduled start time. I wanted to be super impressed by the service but I was a little put off by the conversation about pricing and wait time. Gave a 5 star because owner followed up afterwards which was appreciated and showed she cared about her customers and improving the services rendered.

This shop was amazing. It was clean. It was professional. You don’t have to worry about conversations you don’t understand. They were attentive to each client requests,,, they offer 24 hour availability appointments, walk-ins, but appointments are preferred. They have a great energy within the shop. This is my new braiding place. the work speaks for itself. My hair looks amazing. I love this braid shop. They have done two different braided bun styles for me exactly like the inspiration pictures I showed. Both times I’ve come for detailed braid styles, they have literally taken a picture of my inspo photo and assure they are matching the details I have asked for. They provided the hair for my regular braids, and when I required additions like French curl for a style, they bought it for me and dropped off at appointment while I reimbursed. I prefer this shop because not only can they do popular things like box braids and boho braids, but they are also familiar with intricate African styles like patewo, shuku, etc. I’m a big fan that I can literally just text the number the night before or same day and come find a seat. The work is neat, fast, and at fair prices. Mrs. Gloria is also very kind. She’ll take good care of you. I’ll be a long term customer. -Paula
